Cheryl is originally from Connecticut. She studied and trained in dance in New York City before moving to North Carolina in 2001. She has been teaching dance and barre fitness classes for over 10 years. Cheryl has a passion for fitness and strives to connect smart movement with intention and passion. She loves group fitness for the feeling of community, while sweating it out, challenging your body, finding your strength, and keeping yourself and those around you motivated. This is the type of environment you can expect in her classes. Her goal is teach a safe and challenging class, while giving individual attention, and setting her clients up for success.
When not at FlowCorps, you can find Cheryl teaching dance and barre classes, as well as finding her own strength in a variety of fitness classes. Cheryl also loves to travel the world and find new adventures with her husband.
