Jill is a Raleigh native who has a major passion for fitness, black coffee, and pizza (life is all about balance - right?!). Her love for movement started with competitive cheerleading and dance, which now serve as the backbone for her musicality in fitness classes. You can expect big beats, heavy bass, and lots of remixes in Jill's class to keep you energized throughout the workout. She believes that exercise is both a test and a celebration of all the wonderful things that your body can do. With Jill, you'll be continuously challenged but you'll be immensely proud of your work after class.
When she's not at flowCORPS, you can find Jill either sweating on a stationary bike, drinking beers with friends, or spending far too much money shopping for athleisure. Jill also loves to travel, see live music, and binge watch reality TV. The only thing on Jill's bucket list is visiting every U.S. National Park.
