The plank is more than about hanging out in a position for minutes on end. It is about learning how to brace your core and connect the chains of the core to work synergistically. This idea is a constant in Larisa’s mind along with how the core and the glutes connect to keep us out of pain and efficient in our movements. She has over 25 years of studying movement in children and adults and she loves sharing her experience and knowledge in the platform of FlowCORPS.
Larisa wants to make people stronger, out of pain and more connected in their body. On a more personal note, she’s a mom of 2 teenage girls. She’s passionate about biking, flowers and ginger gummy bears…and being from Philly, a Motown song always seems to slip into her playlist .
