The plank is more than about hanging out in a position for minutes on end. It is about learning how to brace your core and connect the chains of the core to work synergistically. This idea is a constant in my mind along with how the core and the glutes to connect to keep us out of pain and efficient in our movements. I have over 25 years of studying movement in children and adults and love sharing my experience and knowledge in the platform of FlowCORPS.
I want to make people stronger, out of pain and more connected in their body . On a more personal note I’m a mom of 2 teenage girls. I’m passionate about biking, flowers and ginger gummy bears…and being from Philly, a Motown song always seems to slip in my playlist .
