Meet Ashley

Born and raised in the mountains of West Virginia, Ashley grew up dancing and playing competitive sports. She found her niche in fitness at the age of 16 by combining her love for music, rhythm, and athletic movement. Since then Ashley has explored the fitness world from top to bottom.

Ashley is on a mission to make smart fitness fun and accessible to all and encourages clients to find movement opportunities in everything they do. She is also obsessed with the local fitness community in Raleigh and loves to be a part of anything that supports her local #fitfam.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science from VirginiaTech. She is also a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Business (MBA). In addition to her fitness ventures, Ashley also works as a corporate attorney for a local software company and as Chief Executive Mom to two very energetic girls.
